Chip Heath, PhD, is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dr. Heath, who earned his PhD at Stanford, has taught in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, and at the Fuqua School at Duke University. His areas of research include how individuals, groups, and organizations make important decisions, and what mistakes they make. He has been teaching in Stanford's Graduate School of Business since 2000.

James A. Phills Jr., PhD, is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dr. Phills received his PhD from Harvard College. He has taught in the School of Management at Yale University, and in the Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is the recipient of the Alumni Association Award for Excellence in Teaching, School of Management, at Yale University. He has been teaching in Stanford's Graduate School of Business since 1999.
