Because we believe that organizational change requires shared vision, coordination and teamwork, we strongly suggest that you bring a team of your top managers to this Workshop. For any group of two or more persons from the same organization, we offer a 10% reduction in tuition.

Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive by mail a confirmation letter with invoice and payment instructions. Your payment guarantees your place in the Workshop.
    SINGLE TUITION: $1,980
Tuition includes all course materials, daily breakfast and lunch, and opening night reception and dinner. Registration deadline is October 10, 2008.
 
    EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: $1,782
If you register on or before September 19, 2008 you will receive 10% off the tuition price.
 
    GROUP DISCOUNT: $1,782
If two or more professionals from the same company attend the program, each registrant receive a 10% reduction in the tuition price. Group members must reference one another's names in the box below to qualify. Early registration and group discounts may be combined for a total discount of 20% or $1,584 per person.

IV. Summary Biography
Please submit a short (4-7 sentences) biography introducing yourself on both a professional and personal level. Use the sample below as a guideline. Be sure to include the following information: your name, current title, company, company location, current duties, prior positions at other publishing firms, and any outside interests or hobbies you'd like others to know about. This bio (or a shortened version of it) will be included in the binder given to all participants.

SAMPLE:
Pat Jones is editor-in-chief of SportsLife magazine in New York City. SportsLife is aimed at avid sports fans around the world (circulation 300,000), and Pat has the enviable task of deciding which sports to highlight in each issue. Prior to joining the SportsLife team, Pat was associate editor at Women's Runner and assistant editor at Golf magazine. She's a marathon runner who lives in Manhattan with her two large Irish wolfhounds.

V. Form Submission
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You may send a substitute in your place at any time. To receive a refund (less the $200 registration fee), notify us of your cancellation in writing no later than October 20, 2008. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that time.
