Virtual Seminars
How Our Seminars Work
Our Virtual Seminars are delivered via the Web. You view them at your desktop or in your conference room. No travel, no hassle.
The seminars are pre-recorded and presented as videos. While you can't ask questions or participate in interactive portions of the seminars, you can view the presentation and subsequent Q&A at your convenience--starting and stopping at will, and you can replay your Seminar an unlimited number of times.

After requesting a Virtual Seminar, you'll receive an e-mail containing a username and password, along with a link to the free presentation. You'll need an internet connection, and a computer with a relatively up-to-date Web browser. The videos are played in Adobe's Flash 9 Player, a plug-in included in most browsers. When not included, it is generally easy to update the browser to play Flash content.

In the unlikely event that you don't have a Flash Player on your computer, we recommend the following:
If you are still unable to view your Seminar, contact us at 650-725-4301 or publishing.courses@stanford.edu. We'll troubleshoot with you.
